I first read about Reef Savvy on reef central and man am I glad I found them. I have been planning my 36x30x22 tank for about a year and have looked at all the “Big Name” tank builders tanks. After seeing the quality of Reef Savvy tanks, I had to contact them. I have been involved in reefing for about 10 years and had aquariums for about 18 yrs. I have had a bunch of different custom tanks built over the years and I can say that this is the Nicest Tank I have EVER had built, and the nicest tank I have seen, and I have seen a lot of tanks over the years. The attention to detail on the tank is incredible. Felix worked with me from the time he quoted me until I drove down from Tennessee to Miami to pick up the tank. Every step of the process was gone over with me to make sure I would be happy with the end result. Let me just say that Felix is very knowledgeable and will make sure your custom tank is done right. Thanks again Reef Savvy for a Beautiful Show Piece in my living room!!!

How do you rate a company like Reef Savvy? On a scale from 1-10, I give them about 100 :) yep they are that good. The customer service is completely off the chart and second to none.
Felix went above and beyond to answer and address all my questions and concerns, we are talking 100's of emails till every detail was worked out and this was before I even sent him a dime, you'd be hell bent to get that kind of service from other builders even after they have your money believe me I contacted three other builders and Reef Savvy had them beat on all aspects from price to customer service and everything in between.
If you looking for a custom tank and you don't check out reef savvy you are definitely missing out on a great experience "Reef Savvy Is Second To None" I could go on all day about Felix and Reef Savvy they are the best PERIOD! I have literally never received better service in any industry.
You don't have to take my word for it, just call or email Felix and see for yourself. :)

Once I spoke to Felix for the first time, it was an easy and obvious decision for me to go to Reef Savvy for my custom build. It is clear that Felix is not in it for the money. The superior quality of his workmanship proves that this is what he loves doing and he is passionate about his product. If you are in the stage of deciding where to go for your tank build and you are not convinced by pictures or reviews like this one, I suggest contacting Reef Savvy and I’m sure they will win you over like they did me.
Felix is extremely customer-oriented. Starting on day one, he was always available to answer my questions and provide feedback. This was my first custom built tank so Felix’s knowledge and experience was invaluable. I believe his guidance and suggestions helped me avoid any future headaches. You can’t beat Reef Savvy’s customer service.
Once I took possession of my tank the communication did not cease just because the transaction was complete. Felix was immediately checking in to make sure the tank arrived safely and was “acceptable.” Reef Savvy is a company that clearly goes above and beyond to deliver an outstanding product and I don’t think the word “acceptable” is even in their vocabulary. Personally, my tank came out looking more like a piece of art than just an aquarium. Precision cuts, smooth edges and clean junctions combined with premier low-iron glass came together to make a beautiful rimless tank.
Yes it was a pleasant experience. Yes I would recommend Reef Savvy. Yes I would do business with them again (not to mention the incredible price tag which has allowed me to start saving for the next tank I order!).
